A lovely location with a clean & comfortable living space.
Positive: The property was much larger than expected and very clean. A lovely view of the city and large balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. A lovely extra was that they included Netflix which is rare!

A comfortable and well-located stay in the heart of the citywould definitely recommend!
Positive: The location was excellent,close to everything we needed. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and clear.
Negative: Nothing major, but the stairs were a bit steep for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was great.

Positive: The property was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had high-quality amenities and great ventilation. The two bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and the overall experience was incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the host was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. They eagerly assisted us with any issues and resolved them quickly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Negative: I initially preferred parking the car in a covered garage, as I was slightly hesitant about leaving it on the street. However, there was always plenty of parking available right next to the house, and it turned out to be very convenient and safe.

Great unit, prime location and competitive price.
Positive: Cleanliness and all the amenities
Negative: Few more groceries in the kitchen would be great like sugar, salt, coffee ans filters. Also garbage bags. 
There was no cork in the bathtub to fill it up for a bath.

The hosts were very nice and helpful during our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always available for any questions we had. A delightful bonus was their dog, Lucky, who greeted us every day on the property. He was very sweet and added a charming touch to our experience.

However, there were some drawbacks. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the shower: there was no hot water, and both the showerhead and knob kept falling off, making it quite inconvenient.

Overall, it’s a nice piece of property, but improvements in the bathroom facilities would greatly enhance the experience.

The Condo is in the more remote location of the island. The driveway is unpaved and horrible to get little car through so be careful to drive up. The unit was unmarked, so it took a bit to find the place as well as the unit itself. There was one towel, and the Stovetop/Oven was broken and there were no pot/pans and only one dish, so we informed Billy.  We got the pot/pan/dishes the next day, but the stove was not fixed since it is Christmas Day so most likely they weren't working. They finally got a little burner for us to use on the 3rd day so we can cook.
The whole electrical setup around the kitchen needs to be addresses since it keeps tripping the circuit as well as unsafe with extension cord for hookup. The hot water circuit keeps tripping, so we just have to keep resetting it. WIFI is spotty and works good in the bedroom, not anywhere else. The maintenance guy is on site so that helps with some of the issues that we were facing.

Positive: Location was perfect for our downtown needs and the home is lovely.  Will stay there again.
Negative: There were a few maintenance issues that staff should have alerted owners of, but instead had let them slide.  Once I alerted them to the problems, they arranged for maintenance to correct them.

I want to start off by saying thank you ! Billy was very quick on responding back  on a list minute booking , help bring my luggage upstairs , provided a driver to the airport .

Cons - The sheets were stained , towel was stained and the AC did not blow cold air . The ac is only for the room so the rest of the house was very hot . 

As other reviews stated  there was a dog barking upon entering , he did state to us it was friendly and didn’t bother .

Negative: Their services and treatment was very bad, very rude and racist in a covert way and, they are unprofessional, immature and disrespectful, reflecting their low professional and ethical level in dealing. They communicated with complete rudeness and lack of professionalism and respect as if they are the only ones who understand. Also, the electricity and internet were cut off for a whole day and they did not contact me, did not ask or even compensate me or apologize for what happened. Rather, with extreme rudeness, lack of professionalism and respect and cowardly covert racism, before I checked out, they sent email that I check the electricity, bulbs and appliances to see if they were affected by the outage and tell them to fix them as if I were an electrician and not a GUEST. It is not my responsibility at all do this, as I am a guest and not an electrician. They lack respect and professionalism. It was their duty to contact me and apologize for the outage and compensate me for it. I spent a whole day and paid them my dues and I did not receive my dues in return. I was unable to cook or use any devices. I spent my day in the dark without internet. I have never encountered such rudeness, impudence and lack of professionalism in my life. They even take huge amounts of money, including the cleaning fee, more than they deserve, and they ask me to clean their apartment before checking out, while they have not cleansed their hearts of covert racism and rudness. With all the stupidity, naivety and disrespect that they reflect on themselves, they sent a message, with all the contempt that they reflect on yourselves, before checking out, that it is normal for me to decide and choose not to make the bed, and they will make it.
