A lovely location with a clean & comfortable living space.
Positive: The property was much larger than expected and very clean. A lovely view of the city and large balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. A lovely extra was that they included Netflix which is rare!
Negative: Everything was perfect🤩

Positive: Transportation (buses) and many restaurants are close to the accommodation. 
Accommodation is very clean and modern.
7/11 store and a large Asian supermarket are within walking distance that have everything you needed.
Negative: None.

Negative: Close to nearby Rupert Street. Constant traffic noise.

A comfortable and well-located stay in the heart of the citywould definitely recommend!
Positive: The location was excellent,close to everything we needed. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and clear.
Negative: Nothing major, but the stairs were a bit steep for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was great.

Positive: la ubicación es excelente, la casa muy cómoda y con todos los servicios, sin duda todo el valor qué esperábamos.
Negative: El proveedor exige hacer todo un proceso de registro por fuera de Booking que agrega una complejidad qué uno usa Booking justamente para evitarla.  El monto del deposito es excesivo.

Wonderful place with everything you need when you just arrived to Canada. In the kitchen there were all necessary equipments, everything is ready just to move in and enjoy, very cosy, wonderful view from the balcony. Thanks for hosting our family, we really enjoyed it!!

A wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped property that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Positive: The property was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had high-quality amenities and great ventilation. The two bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and the overall experience was incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the host was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. They eagerly assisted us with any issues and resolved them quickly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Negative: I initially preferred parking the car in a covered garage, as I was slightly hesitant about leaving it on the street. However, there was always plenty of parking available right next to the house, and it turned out to be very convenient and safe.

Beautiful place though still in construction. Plan to get a car since it’s away from main touristic areas. Host was very responsive and provided me with spots to enjoy. Ppty Manager was on site and helped accordingly. Thank you for making my solo trip enjoyable !

Perfect place to stay, clean, calm, relaxing, modern.
A little bit far from grace bay but there’s a nice beach right behind it.

Extremely accommodating on very short notice. Looked even better than the photos.
